FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You have questions. We've got the answers.
No. WashPod needs a suitable washing machine, water and detergent. On its own, it does not wash shoes.
Use it only for shoes the manufacturer says are machine-washable, such as many canvas, mesh, knit and synthetic sneakers. Always check the care label or the brand’s instructions first.
We don’t recommend it for leather or suede, which can be damaged by machine washing. Clean those with products made for those materials.
WashPod is made for front-loading and top-loading automatic washing machines. Use a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water and a low spin speed, and always check your machine manual to confirm it allows shoes or bulky items.
Yes to both. Pay on Delivery is available in all 36 states and the FCT, and delivery is free whichever package you choose. You pay the rider by cash or transfer when your package arrives. No payment upfront.
If your WashPod arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp 0915 032 4896 within 7 days of delivery with photos. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will replace the item or arrange a refund after checking it.
